In his final performance, 'Battlestar: Galactica' star Richard Hatch plays has-been filmmaker Haskell Edwards. Once a renowned director, Haskell has wallowed in a haze of drug and alcohol for nine years since witnessing the suicide of girlfriend, iconic actress Cello Shea.

When a cutting edge tech-company approaches Haskell to direct a film about Cello’s life, he's stunned to meet the actress who will portray her... a hyper-realistic robot called a LifeDoll.
